The Best Yoga Studios In East London

Active Active

The best way to unwind after a stressful week at uni is with some yoga – we’ll be hosting classes at The Project at Hoxton including some special rooftop sessions in our Sky Garden, but if you can’t wait until then why not check out one of our favourite yoga studios near The Project…

Chroma Yoga

Combining light and colour therapy techniques, brain stimulating soundscapes and bespoke natural scents, Chroma Yoga offers an immersive, multi-sensory yoga experience that is unlike any you’ve been to before.

45-46 Charlotte Road, London EC2A 3PD

If you dread the idea of ending up like a sweaty mess after hot yoga, SOMA have built the perfect sanctuary for it with ice cold, scent-infused towels available after every class. Their signature Hot Flow takes inspiration from hot yoga, dance, pilates and science, and takes things to the next level.

Old Spitalfields Market, 8 Horner Square, Spitalfields, London E1 6EW

Taking things back to basics, Stretch is a fuss-free yoga studio. The bright, minimalist studio hosts classes for everyone from absolute beginners yoga (you don’t even have to know your Child’s Pose from your Warrior One) to creative flow and Jiriki Seitai – a movement therapy and form of Japanese self-healing bodywork.

59 Columbia Road, London E2 7RG

If you are new to yoga or get nervous about going to classes, FLY Ldn is a great place to start.  Described as the non-yogi, yoga studio the immersive studio is dimly lit with cinematic visuals that transport you back to nature. Keeping things simple they only offer 5 different classes including CHILL – a candle-lit class focussing on relaxation.

24 Creechurch Lane, London, EC3A 5EH
